Responsibilities
- Develop and seek out new clients in the Foodservice, Normal Trade, and Modern Trade (GDO) channels;
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and manage existing clients within the sector;
- Monitor market trends and provide analysis to support strategic decision-making;
- Handle negotiations with key clients in the Food Service, Normal Trade, and Modern Trade sectors, including commercial agreements, pricing, and promotional activities;
- Analyze client needs and requests and ensure the sale of the company’s various product categories;
- Ensure the achievement of revenue and profit margin targets;
- Prepare periodic reports on activities and results achieved;
- Collaborate with production, marketing, and R&D teams to ensure operational excellence, and with the export and customer service teams for post-sales support.
Candidate Profile / Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role is required;
- Previous experience in the food sector, specifically in cured meats and cold cuts, is mandatory;
- Strong knowledge of sales dynamics in the importer and specialized distributor sector, particularly in the HoReCa or GDO channels, is essential;
- Excellent command of the English language is required;
- Solid understanding of international markets and commercial operations;
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 50% of the time);
