About the Company – For new opening in Madrid we're searching for Cobbler, a talent person, who enjoys being customer facing and has a passion for creativity and restoration.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out all cobbler services on shoes and handbags including repairs, reparation, heel swaps, and certain custom bespoke services;
- Promote products and services on the sales floor by identifying our customer's needs
- Advise customers on the collection and in store cobbler services
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers
- Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines
- Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Retail or other customer service industry preferred
- Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional
- Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player
- Other language is a plus
