Due to an increase in sales and therefore orders, we are looking for 3 Senior Operatives/Line Leaders to join a well established and growing business. You will be required to lead the line but the underlying need for this role if the ability to set machinery and complete change overs. This is a hands on role for someone who has a passion to succeed, improve and bring a team with them on the journey! Can you commit to working shifts after initial training on days? As customer demand increases there will be an expectation to run your line on 2 and 3 shifts, so the hours will fluctuate to reflect this and will be 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm and 10pm – 6am when needed.
