I am representing my client in the legal industry , who is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team. This is a permanent position offering a rewarding opportunity to provide vital support to the Finance Manager and assist in the efficient running of financial services. About the Role As an Accounts Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Supporting the operation of the firm\’s accounting system. Conducting daily banking and managing reconciliations to ensure timely completion. Processing postings on accounts and case management systems. Raising private client and Legal Aid invoices, including assisting with monthly billing submissions. Handling client-to-office transfers and executing telegraphic transfers. Managing purchase invoices and assisting clients with card payments. Ensuring closed accounts are authorised and balanced before archiving.
