Job Description
We are partnering with a well known construction engineering company in their search for 2 Finance Transformation Specialist, with one role focusing on HR & Payroll processes and the other focusing on Finance processes. This will run for 6 months initially, and can be based out of their London or Maidenhead office. There is hybrid working on offer (3 days at home, 2 days in the office) and the role will be paying up to £600 per day PAYE depending on experience.
What you will need to succeed:

Excellence in working with SME's and Managers to identify their needs
- Business & System process and risk analysis
- Creating high quality process documentation (i.e. process flows, RACI charts, roles, and responsibilities)
- Identifying and defining process controls and work flow definitions
- Creating, running, and documenting discovery workshops
- Identifying and documenting process improvement opportunities
- Creating, running workshops, and documenting solution designs
- Creating training material and delivering training to key users
- Excellence in presenting and using MS Office products
This role could be right for you if you have:
- c10 yrs exposure to implementing Finance or HR business & system process improvements
- 5 yrs + using or configuring Finance or HR systems
- Holding a managerial position responsible for the execution of key processes in Finance or HR
