Job Description
We are partnering with a leading digital travel company in their search for a Compliance Analyst/Coordinator. This is a 6 month temporary role based in Manchester offering hybrid working (3 days at home) and day rate of £278 per day PAYE or £366 per day via umbrella.
As the Compliance Coordinator, you will support the risk & compliance team as well as the business teams to make sure they meet the demands and requirements of regulators, payments to our partners, tax filings and corporate insurance policy renewals.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Monthly insurance compilation uploads
- Preparation of insurance tax report
- Partner invoice and statement processing, including payments
- Entity-level corporate payments
- Professional Indemnity Insurance renewal
- Shared mailboxes monitoring and routing to relevant stakeholders
- Docusign handling for contracts and approvals
- Acting as the main point of contact for brokers
- Group policy renewal coordination
- Support for multiple regulatory position applications
This role could be right for you if you have:
- Experience working within insurance (this is essential and any applicants without insurance experience will not be considered)
- A proven track record of 5+years in a compliance role, finance or related field
- Knowledge and practical experience working with third parties like insurance partners, regulators or tax authorities
