Randstad CPE is seeking a dedicated Section 20 Consultation Advisor to support the PMSS team in Whetstone. You will manage end-to-end Section 20 processes, prepare notices, liaise with leaseholders, clients, managers, and surveyors, and ensure compliant documentation and audit trails.
You will also assist with Tribunal applications, maintain communication templates, and contribute to monthly targets while supporting other PMSS services when needed.
