Randstad is partnering with a specialist independent school in Godalming to recruit a SEN Trainee Teacher on a permanent basis. The role starts as a 1:1 TA and offers a clear pathway to join the teaching team within 1–2 years.
The position is Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, part-time with a minimum of 3 days per week. The school supports pupils aged 4–19 with Autism and related needs in a safe, inviting environment, offering refresher training, therapy/ sensory facilities, and a welcoming staff room.
