The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 € per hour.

2 x 25 hour roles (5 hours per day) Monday - Friday. Working hours per day are flexible being 8am-1pm or 9am-2pm and the other to cover 12pm-5pm or 1pm-6pm.

Working locations: Abbott Witney, with occasional travel to Abingdon. Abbott Maidenhead, occasional travel may be required to Witney, Abingdon or Central London. These are both site based roles!

As our Account Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Worker engagement activity (up-to 150 temp staff)
  • Face to face client service and engagement meetings
  • Worker surgeries
  • Conducting new starter and regular formal check-ins
  • Monitoring email and phone communications and acting accordingly
  • Managing ER cases
  • VMS and administrative actions including supporting the recruitment function and ongoing live assessment maintenance
