Randstad is seeking a proactive, people-centered candidate to join as a Client Engagement & Onboarding Coordinator at our Witney site, with occasional travel to Maidenhead. You will manage daily worker engagement for up to 150 staff, run client meetings, and support onboarding to ensure a strong start for new starters.
You will maintain accurate live data, handle ER matters, and provide robust admin support to the recruitment function. This is a full-time role with clear growth opportunities.
