The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

2 x 25 hour roles (5 hours per day) Monday - Friday. Working hours per day are flexible being 8am-1pm or 9am-2pm and the other to cover 12pm-5pm or 1pm-6pm.

Working locations:

  • Abbott Witney, with occasional travel to Abingdon.
  • Abbott Maidenhead, occasional travel may be required to Witney, Abingdon or Central London.

These are both site based roles!

As our Account Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Worker engagement activity (up-to 150 temp staff)
  • Face to face client service and engagement meetings
  • Worker surgeries
  • Conducting new starter and regular formal check-ins
  • Monitoring email and phone communications and acting accordingly
  • Managing ER cases
  • VMS and administrative actions including supporting the recruitment function and ongoing live assessment maintenance
