The Role:

  • Fast-Paced Shift Matching: Manage a high volume of temporary care shifts.
  • Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Actively attract, source, and interview top-tier care candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networking.
  • Compliance & Onboarding: Ensure all candidates are thoroughly vetted, referenced, and fully compliant.
  • Relationship Management: Build excellent rapport with your candidate pool and existing care clients, ensuring Randstad remains their go-to agency.
  • Agile Problem Solving: Last-minute drop-outs and emergency shift requests happen. You’ll need to think on your feet to find immediate, effective solutions.

  • Speed and Stamina: You thrive under pressure and enjoy working in a busy, high-volume environment.
  • Relevant Experience: Experience in recruitment (ideally temporary staffing or the care sector) is highly desirable. However, we also welcome high-performers from fast-paced customer service, hospitality, or scheduling backgrounds.
