At Randstad, we are redefining the world of work. We are seeking a Senior Digital Lead/Senior Digital Marketing Lead/Product Marketing Lead for a 6/12 month FTC. This role will own the UK market rollout and commercial launch of our new, cutting-edge SaaS platform.
Role Overview:
As the Senior Digital Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end launch strategy of our new digital platform. You will move beyond simple implementation to focus on adoption, engagement, and revenue. You will use your background in Tech/SaaS to translate complex product capabilities into compelling messages and campaigns for our recruiters, clients, and candidates. You are the Product Owner within the marketing team for the UK market, ensuring the voice of our users shapes the future of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute the UK marketing strategy for the new digital marketplace, segmenting rollout by sector and by both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Define success metrics for the launch, focusing on user acquisition, active usage and platform influenced revenue.
- Own the digital footprint of the product, specifically updating website copy, landing pages, and service descriptions to reflect the new value proposition.
- Work closely with the Content Lead to develop and implement a content strategy that educates the market and drives adoption.
- Partner with Marketing experts to create toolkits for the launch and roll out including webinars, one-pagers and email campaigns that drive client registration and candidate app downloads.
- Support Communications Director to drive internal adoption among Randstad's recruitment consultants, transforming them into "platform champions" who can confidently demo the tool to clients.
- Identify friction points in the user journey (registration drop-offs, low engagement areas) and implement rapid operational fixes or feedback loops to Product.
- Act as the primary liaison between the UK marketing team and the Global Product Development team.
- Support the operational business in the "Pilot Program" with select enterprise clients, gathering qualitative feedback to refine the platform before mass release.
- Monitor platform performance dashboards daily. Analyse usage trends to identify upsell opportunities for the sales team.
- Conduct A/B testing on messaging and onboarding workflows to maximize conversion rates.
Experience:
You must have significant experience (5+ years) working within a SaaS (Software as a Service) or Tech Platform environment. You understand how software is built, sold, and scaled. Proven track record of launching new digital products or platforms to market. Experience in the HR Tech, EdTech, or Recruitment space is highly advantageous but not essential if you have a strong B2B platform experience.
We are an inclusive employer and should you require any reasonable adjustments in order to complete any aspect of the recruitment process, please contact the Internal Talent Acquisition (ITA) team. Randstad is committed to equal opportunities for all and will not discriminate based on an individual's sex, race, disability, gender reassignment, pregnancy and maternity, marriage and civil partnership, religion or belief, sexual orientation or age.
