Bid Manager - Randstad UK Randstad, the world's #1 recruitment company is looking for a Bid Manager to join their bids and sales team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for you to play a key role in writing and management of high-value, strategic recruitment bids across all sector-specific UK business lines, with a focus on MSP, RPO, SOW, Framework agreements and Sole Supply tenders. As a Bid Manager at Randstad, your responsibilities include: Leading bid responses based on best practice. Working on MSP, RPO, SOW, Framework agreements and sole supply tenders. Managing the end-to-end bid process in response to procurement activities conducted by new or existing clients. Writing, editing, and proofreading to create high-quality bid/tender responses. Designing compelling client-facing presentations and marketing material Work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation to draw on their subject matter expertise. Supporting content capture, management, and improvement process to continuously improve win potential.Key skills and experience required for this role include: Ideally experience in the recruitment industry or within bid management Excellent verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail A flexible approach and an ability to prioritise tasks as required. Word processing and presentation design skills using Microsoft Office or Google Suite This is a fully remote role and comes with a strong benefits package.
