Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Execute multi‑channel prospecting strategies using LinkedIn, cold calling, and emails, maintaining a high‑volume of activity.
  • Pipeline Management: Demonstrate rigorous pipeline management and forecast accuracy.
  • Full‑Cycle Sales: Responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Candidate Profile

  • Relevant Experience: 18 to 24 months of proven experience as a Sales Development Representative looking to transition into a closing role.
  • Persona Familiarity: Experience engaging directly with revenue leaders, specifically Sales Directors, Chief Revenue Officers, or VPs of Sales.
  • Resilience & Drive: Competitive, money‑motivated, and resilient mindset. View rejection as a problem to overcome.
