Overview
Home based. Randstad, the world's #1 recruitment company is looking for a Bid Manager to join their bids and sales team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for you to play a key role in writing and management of high-value, strategic recruitment bids across all sector-specific UK business lines, with a focus on MSP, RPO, SOW, Framework agreements and Sole Supply tenders.
Responsibilities
- Leading bid responses based on best practice.
- Working on MSP, RPO, SOW, Framework agreements and sole supply tenders.
- Managing the end-to-end bid process in response to procurement activities conducted by new or existing clients.
- Writing, editing, and proofreading to create high-quality bid/tender responses.
- Designing compelling client-facing presentations and marketing material.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation to draw on their subject matter expertise.
- Supporting content capture, management, and improvement process to continuously improve win potential.
Qualifications
- Ideally experience in the recruitment industry or within bid management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A flexible approach and an ability to prioritise tasks as required.
- Word processing and presentation design skills using Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
