We're a leading recruitment agency looking for driven individuals to join our IT team. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll cover the full recruitment process - from sourcing candidates to building client relationships.

Your future responsibilities:

  • Build and grow your own client portfolio through business development and sales calls, generating new relationships and expanding existing accounts.
  • Source, screen, and present qualified IT talent tailored to client requirements, leveraging our database, job boards, applications, and online tools.
  • Write engaging job advertisements to attract the right talent and develop your own network of skilled IT professionals.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in IT permanent recruitment, covering both new business development and recruiting, with a strong understanding of the IT talent market.
  • Proven track record of building and growing client relationships, winning new business, and managing key accounts.
  • Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates using databases, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
