Job Offer Location: Witney Pay: £15.99 (days) per hour / £17.19 (nights) per hour Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off days (7am - 7pm) / nights (7pm - 7am) Contract Type: Temp ongoing Responsibilities As an Operations Technician, you will be the backbone of our production line. You'll handle everything from operating sophisticated laboratory equipment to ensuring our life-changing products meet the highest quality standards: Precision Manufacturing: Operate highly automated equipment for product assembly, chemical solution preparation, and sensor manufacturing. Quality First: Perform visual and instrumental inspections of raw materials and finished goods. You'll play a vital role in identifying defects and maintaining Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Safety & Standards: Maintain a "Safety First" mindset by adhering to COSHH and EHS guidelines and keeping your workspace pristine using 6S principles. Data Integrity: Accurately log data and review batch records using our digital systems (HMI, POMS, ETMS) to ensure 100% compliance.
