Job Details
- Position: Weekend Welder
- Location: Stockton (TS18 3SD)
- Contract Type: 12 months Fixed term assignment
- Pay Rate: £24.10 per hour (Night shift)
- Overtime: OT 1.5 at £28.47 / OT 2.0 at £37.96
Shift Pattern which rotates:
- Week 1: 7pm-7am (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
- Week 2: 10.15pm-7am (Friday), 7pm-7am (Saturday and Sunday)
Responsibilities
- Work on build/weld fixtures to tight tolerances.
- Operate effectively both under your own initiative and as a collaborative team member.
- Maintain high standards by following strict work procedures and housekeeping protocols.
- Perform manual lifting tasks as required.
- Utilize overhead cranes safely.
- Execute jig work with precision.
- Strictly adhere to all site PPE requirements and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in MIG Welding is essential.
- Must be a Time Served Welder.
- Relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification.
