Primary Responsibilities- Operate B1 Counterbalance trucks safely and effectively as part of daily warehouse operations
- Transport, pack, and scan engine components, keeping material flow smooth and accurate
- Follow clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain high levels of safety and quality
- Perform manual handling tasks (aided where required) to support production needs
- Use PC and scanner systems to record and track stock movements
- Maintain warehouse flow, supporting stock accuracy and part replenishment
- Uphold excellent housekeeping standards, contributing to a clean, efficient work area
- Engage in 5S and safety practices, reporting hazards and supporting continuous improvement

For the right individuals, we offer progression into MHE operations, including:
- PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) operation - typically used for line feeding
- A5 Stacker training
- Additional MHE categories as required
- Upskilling into MHE roles (PPT, stacker, etc.)
- Ongoing learning and development opportunities

This role will initially start on day shifts with a review of moving to 3 shifts once fully trained.
3-Shift Rotation (Weekly Rotation): Mornings: 6am-2pm | Afternoons: 2pm-10pm | Nights: 10pm-6am. Excellent shift premium included.
