Job Title: Warehouse Picker
Job Type: Full Time Temporary – Ongoing
Location: Bournemouth, BH11 8PT
Pay Rate: £12.46 per hour
Shift timings: 06:00 – 14:00, – Fixed shift (Monday to Friday)
* Must be able to reach the site by 6:00 AM *

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar warehouse role is essential.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and efficient operation.
Ability to work independently, but also a great team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Commitment to working overtime weekly to support targetsDuties:

Maintaining safety and cleanliness standards across the warehouse
Accurately picking goods and preparing orders for shipment
Operating LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker) to gather products efficiently
Packing orders for ecommerce fulfillment, ensuring each item is correctly handled and packed
Preparing products for sale, including tagging, labeling, creating gift sets, and preparing customer loads
Restacking pallets and removing shrink wrap from wrapped pallets to prepare for putaway
Handling physical tasks, including moving cases weighing up to 13.5 kg and standing for extended periods
