Work using both MIG and MMA welding processes to high engineering standards. Follow standard work procedures strictly while maintaining a zero-compromise attitude toward workplace safety. Collaborate effectively with production teams while taking full ownership of independent work tasks. Perform standard manual handling and lifting in line with safety guidelines. Conduct detailed quality checks to ensure fault-free output on every weld.Required: Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Fabrication and Welding (or equivalent time-served apprenticeship). Experience: Proven industrial experience in MIG and MMA welding. Skills: Strong blueprint reading skills and ability to weld to tight tolerances. Flexibility: Full availability to work across Days, Backs, and Night shift rotations.Desired: Previous experience in heavy engineering or automotive manufacturing environments.
