Actively contributing to improvement initiatives. Liaise with Weld compliance manager, Weld Trainer, CAV SMEs and Operations Supervision to collaborate on process adherence Be comfortable with shop floor and office-based working. Be flexible in working techniques (dayshift, backshift and nightshift) Be able to deliver reports / presentations on findings and recommendations to value stream leadership.
