The role acts as a key liaison between carriers, customers, warehouse operations, and international suppliers to maintain service levels, support continuous improvement initiatives, and manage transportation compliance activities. Key Responsibilities Transportation Planning & Execution International Shipping & Export Compliance Returnable Packaging Management Performance Analysis & Reporting Customer Service & Operational Support Skills & Experience Transportation, logistics, or supply chain coordination experience. Knowledge of freight booking systems, transportation management platforms, and SAP. Experience managing international shipping documentation and export compliance processes. Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
