We are recruiting for two dedicated Level 2 Residential Childcare Workers for our client in Llandudno. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to provide a supportive and safe therapeutic environment for children with complex needs, including ASD and ADHD.
What We\’re Looking For:
A professional with a high level of experience in children\’s residential services.
Someone with a therapeutic and patient approach to behaviour, who looks beyond the surface to understand the root cause of a child\’s actions.
An individual who can build trusting professional relationships with children, balancing empowerment and limit-setting in a consistent and nurturing way.
Someone with the ability to work effectively as a team member, providing bespoke support to meet each child\’s individual needs.
Essential qualifications: Health & Social Care Level 2 (as a minimum)
