Location: Witney Pay Rate: 17.19 / hour (night rate) Shift Pattern: Night shift, 4-on 4-off (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Work Environment: Modern, automated, continuous-improvement focused facility What You ll Do Work directly with cutting-edge automated machinery for product assembly, sensor production, and chemical solution preparation. Ensure top-tier standards by performing visual and instrumental checks on raw materials and finished goods in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Maintain a clean, pristine workspace following 6S principles and COSHH/EHS safety guidelines. Use digital interface systems (HMI, POMS, ETMS) to log batch records and maintain accurate compliance data. Share your ideas on the floor to make workflows leaner, safer, and more efficient.
