Working Hours: 36.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Excellent Pay Rates:
- Day Shift: £19.55
- Afternoon Shift (20% premium): £23.46
- Night Shift (35% premium): £26.39
- Overtime 1.5 (Mon-Sat): £29.33
- Overtime 2 (Sundays): £39.10
Shift Timings:
- Days: 08:00 - 16:00 (Mon-Thurs), 08:00 - 12:30 (Fri)
- Afternoons: 16:00 - 00:00 (Mon-Thurs), 12:30 - 17:00 (Fri)
- Nights: 00:00 - 08:00 (Mon-Thurs), 17:00 - 21:30 (Fri)
Role Overview
The Transportation & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and administration of domestic and international transport operations, ensuring the timely and compliant movement of parts, kits, and finished goods. The role acts as a key liaison between carriers, customers, warehouse operations, and international suppliers to maintain service levels, support continuous improvement initiatives, and manage transportation compliance activities.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks within a fast-paced operational environment.
