Responsibilities
- Operate within a fast-paced paint plant, ensuring the moving production line functions efficiently.
- Perform essential tasks including jigging, loading, masking, and unloading components according to rigorous process instructions.
- Utilize digital systems to manage production requirements and verify component quality.
- Safely operate industrial cranes following detailed training.
- Adhere strictly to standard work manuals and cycle time requirements to maintain high output standards.

- AM: £13.83 - £14.58 (Monday - Thursday 05:30 - 14:30, Friday - 06:00 - 11:00)
- PM: £16.60 - £17.49 (Monday: 14:00 - 23:00, Tuesday - Thursday: 14:00 - 22:30, Friday - 10:45 - 15:45)
- Nights: £17.57 - £18.52 (Monday: 21:15-06:30, Tuesday - Thursday: 22:00-06:30, Friday - 17:30 - 22:30)
