This role is ideal for those who value precision, safety, and operational excellence. While previous experience in a warehousing or factory environment is beneficial, it is not strictly essential, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success.

Responsibilities

  • Operate within a fast-paced paint plant, ensuring the moving production line functions efficiently.
  • Perform essential tasks including jigging, loading, masking, and unloading components according to rigorous process instructions.
  • Utilize digital systems to manage production requirements and verify component quality.
  • Safely operate industrial cranes following detailed training.
  • Adhere strictly to standard work manuals and cycle time requirements to maintain high output standards.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills and proactive attention to detail.

Working Hours and Salary

  • AM: £13.83 - £14.58 (Monday - Thursday 05:30 - 14:30, Friday - 06:00 - 11:00)
  • PM: £16.60 - £17.49 (Monday: 14:00 - 23:00, Tuesday - Thursday: 14:00 - 22:30, Friday - 10:45 - 15:45)
  • Nights: £17.57 - £18.52 (Monday: 21:15-06:30, Tuesday - Thursday: 22:00-06:30, Friday - 17:30 - 22:30)
