As a Specialist Therapeutic Foster Carer, you will
- Provide a warm, supportive, and trauma-informed home environment for a young person transitioning out of residential care.

- Collaborate closely as a core practitioner within a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team to carefully plan every step of the child's transition.

To be considered, ideally you will have
