Key Responsibilities
- Use SAP and other supporting IT systems to ensure the timely and accurate receipt, picking, kitting and delivery of materials in advance of required delivery date to the defined work centre.
- Receiving and picking deliveries from HGV.
- Capture and retain critical material data to maintain traceability and conformity of materials.
- Support quality notifications, quarantine of materials and the return to vendor for repair or disposal of materials in line with cross functional team direction.
- Using forecasting schedules to maintain inventory levels, identify shortages, raise POs on SAP and expedite replacement materials from outlying depots or suppliers in order to meet material requirement dates.
- Conduct cycle counts on all stock and investigate discrepancies reporting root cause and remedial actions and aligning inventory.
