Counterbalance Forklift Driver (FLT) - 4-Crew Shift Pattern

Position Details
Location: Grays, West Thurrock, Essex, RM20 4AL
Shift Pattern: 4-Crew shift pattern (Days: 06:00 to 18:00 / Nights: 18:00 to 06:00)
Contract Type: Long-term assignment
Pay Rate: £17.34 per hour (inclusive of shift allowance)
Responsibilities
- Movement of loaded pallets from palletization to wrapper, wrapper to floor spots, and floor spots to conveyor infeed.
- Efficient movement of empty pallets from rack to floor.
- Operating the wrapper machine as required.
- Maintaining high standards of safety and area cleanliness.
- Ensuring accurate placement of pallets in designated marked floor spots.
- Maintaining a high level of awareness when working in pedestrian-interface areas.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience operating a Counterbalance FLT.
- Must hold an in-date, accredited license (RTITB, ITSSAR, or AITT).
- Ability to commit to the long-term, 4-crew shift pattern.
- Possess basic computing skills and effectively follow operational instructions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive, energetic, and "can-do" attitude with a results-driven mindset.
