You will be an essential part of the team ensuring high-quality products are packaged, checked, and ready for millions of consumers. Role Overview Job Title: Production Operative Job Type: Temporary - Ongoing Location: Forest of Dean Starting Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Post-Parity Pay Rate: £13.62 per hour (Day & Night) after 12 weeks! Shift Patterns:o 8-Hour Rotation: Morning (06:00 - 14:00), Afternoon (14:00 - 22:00), Night (22:00 - 06:00) o 12-Hour Rotation: Day (06:00 - 18:00), Night (18:00 - 06:00) o (Must be fully flexible to work all shifts and patterns) Key Responsibilities Ensure the effective production and packaging of high-quality goods.
