Job Opportunity: Strategic Sourcing Specialist (Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne (or surrounding areas) – Hybrid(occasional travel) with initial in-person training
We’re expanding our team and looking for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join us on a Contract!
In this role, you’ll build talent pipelines, leverage creative sourcing techniques, and screen top-tier candidates for a fast-growing team.
What You’ll Do:
- Source Talent: Utilize job boards, social media, networks, and Boolean search strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
- Screen & Assess: Conduct initial resume reviews and video/phone screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner & Collaborate: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver strong candidate shortlists.
- Track & Report: Keep ATS records up to date and evaluate sourcing metrics to optimize our recruitment process.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent German and English language skills (written & spoken).
- Proven experience in talent sourcing/recruitment OR a background in fast-paced Customer Service / Sales.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern recruitment tools.
- Strong communication skills with a candidate-first mindset.
- Ability to travel to Newcastle for initial in-person training sessions.
