Being able to discuss specific frameworks or methodologies you've used in the past will show that you're not just familiar with the concept but have practical experience.

✨Showcase Your Leadership Skills

As a PMO Lead, you'll need to demonstrate your ability to influence and lead without formal authority. Prepare examples from your previous roles where you've successfully managed stakeholders or led change initiatives.
