The Role
We are looking for a PMO Lead to design, build, and run a centralized Project Management Office (PMO) within our Project Operations division. You will be the architect of our delivery framework, ensuring high-stakes strategic initiatives are governed, reported, and executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup & Lead: Design and embed the PMO operating model, standards, and toolkits from the ground up.
- Governance: Establish consistent oversight and performance reporting for a portfolio of complex projects.
- Resource Planning: Work with senior leadership to manage demand and deploy project management talent where it's needed most.
- Coaching: Act as a mentor and advisor to Project Managers, raising the overall bar for delivery capability.
- Insight: Provide senior stakeholders with data-driven risks, issues, and performance reporting to aid decision-making.
