Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize Talent Acquisition processes, ensuring compliance with regional legislative employment mandates and regulatory requirements (such as the UK's Equality Act 2010, Employment Rights Act 1996, Data Protection Act 2018, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the proposed EU AI Act, as well as relevant APAC region laws and regulations).
- Oversee and facilitate key projects in Talent Acquisition, including the development of detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvements, and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR teams, and external partners.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Ensure that all Talent Acquisition processes and procedures are compliant with relevant regional legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regional employment law and regulatory requirements, and advise stakeholders on implications and necessary actions.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's talent acquisition strategy, and contribute to its development and implementation.
