Are you an Order Management Specialist looking to join a leading organisation and make a significant impact?

We have a 12-month fixed-term contract that offers a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to thrive. You will be instrumental in supporting the Order Management team across all areas of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage order validation processes, including PO checks, holds, aging orders, order line releases, and corrections.
  • Work with customers to improve the accuracy of order form data.
  • Help set up and maintain a ticketing system for Order Management.
  • Support quote creation, invoicing, and general order administration.
  • Offer guidance on order management tasks and resolve intricate order issues.
  • Participate in efforts to refine and improve the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.

Skills:

  • Highly organised with strong analytical abilities.
  • Extremely detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise work and handle multiple assignments.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite.
