We are partnering exclusively with a market leading global management consulting firm in their search for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager/Finance Business Partner to join their team for 9 months for maternity cover. This role is London based, offering hybrid working (1 day per week in the office) and looking to pay up to £550 per day via umbrella.
As the FP&A Specialist, your responsibilities will include financial modelling, budgeting, planning and internal reporting.
The ideal FP&A/Finance Business Partner will possess the following attributes/skills:
- Strong FP&A / finance business partnering experience
- Experienced in financial modelling in xls (will need to work on supporting the stakeholders in HR space in estimating the costs and benefits of tech investments being made)
- Able to work in a team with non-financial stakeholders (will need to capture inputs from HR and IT professionals and convert them in models & estimates)
- Experienced with budgeting / planning, ideally familiar with Hyperion planning (not a must)
- Experienced with internal (management) reporting - will need to equip stakeholders with regular updates on the budget, risks, trade-offs
