Are you a driven and experienced sales leader ready to make a significant impact in the dynamic world of B2B marketing and lead generation? We're looking for a passionate Business Development Manager and Team Lead to join a fast-growing team!
About the Role:
- You'll be a key player in driving our growth, leading strategic sales initiatives and mentoring a team of 2-6 talented individuals.
- Generate leads, identify commercial opportunities, and build a strong sales pipeline for a portfolio of global tech companies and leading creative and marketing agencies.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business leads, utilising tools like LinkedIn and industry data.
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring they are happy and engaged.
- Research prospects to understand their challenges and map out how our clients can help them succeed.
- Use a mix of social selling on LinkedIn, phone outreach, and personalised emails to engage prospective clients.
- Help your team overcome challenges, identify performance blockers, and develop personalised training and development plans.
- Participate in client events held at prestigious venues.
- Support the wider Business Development team, working on client accounts and building new relationships.
- Schedule meetings and demos, generate leads through cold outreach, build targeted lists on LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and meticulously maintain our CRM system.
