Receiving / Unpacking Investigator (Days) (PR- ) Witney, England We are seeking a meticulous, motivated person for a hands-on role where precision matters.
You will be the first link in the quality chain, ensuring returned medical products are processed with care and accuracy to support safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities Receive, unpack, and log all returned medical products using internal computer systems.
Maintain precise digital records of all incoming items and investigations.
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless, efficient operations.
Identify trends or issues with returned products and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications Solid basic IT skills and confidence in using computer systems.
A methodical, detail-oriented approach to work.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
Minimum of secondary education (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
