The Role
For one of our high-profile Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) clients in Leeds, we are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Talent Advisor. This is a critical hybrid role, requiring the successful candidate to be based in Leeds and commit to working in the client office a minimum of 50% per week. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for professional-level talent, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and driving best-in-class talent acquisition strategies. We are looking for an individual ready to start in mid-January 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Key stakeholder management and engagement
- Effectively managing requisitions while managing stakeholder expectations
- Closely cooperating with our sourcing team to fill in roles
- Co-creating and designing sourcing strategy for blue and white collar professionals in agreement with hiring managers
- Ensuring compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment process
- Effectively managing and utilizing applicant tracking systems
- Improving recruitment and selection processes and help the continuous innovation to attract the best talent
- Cooperating with sourcing GBS team
What you will need to bring
- Strong previous end to end experience in recruitment from an RPO environment, preferred 5+ years of experience
- Experience with volume hires - 500+ FTEs per year
- Ability to start ASAP
- Commitment to a hybrid model, working from the client office in Leeds a minimum of 50% per week and being open to visit 1 per month other client offices
- Previous client management experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Process-oriented mind-set
- Attention to detail with a concern for quality
- Willingness to learn new things
- Can-do attitude
- Speaking English fluently
