We are growing as a global talent marketing team with a focus on contributing to the employer branding and media & digital transformation of our company and clients. Our team consists of experienced global marketers, employer branding SMEs, digital and recruitment marketing specialists, data analysts, and content marketers with diverse backgrounds and cultures. We work within a very flexible work environment in which there are clear responsibilities on output but also a lot of room for creativity and innovative ideas. Here’s what you’ll get to do:

  • Develop e2e strategic global digital media plans in strong collaboration with our client partners and in-house creative team to our present and future clients to attract talent of varying industries.
  • Works with internal and external talent stakeholders, client partners, in-house creative team, performance media vendors and our procurement team when executing strategic digital media plans.
  • Analyse and utilise data our Market Intelligence team supplies to help build data-driven strategies.
  • Ensure the strategy is executed effectively and efficiently through working closely with our programmatic specialists.
  • Visualising and presenting data and analysis of performance – ensuring that the Client Partners and Clients are aware of the successes and opportunities of the marketing activities.

Here is what you’ll bring:

  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management experience and confidence.
  • Experience in designing and managing end-to-end digital performance-based campaigns and strategies
  • Experience in supporting to manage campaigns which include paid social, programmatic job distribution, search and display, as well as an understanding of reporting and analytics
  • Understanding technical requirements for tracking media, including UTM-tracking and pixel placement
  • Professional level of written and spoken English communication skills
  • Experience using the professional online tools, such as Google suite of applications (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Slides)
  • Experience using 3rd-party vendors, such as; Joveo, Appcast, Gaia and Adway.
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within Recruitment Marketing
  • Problem-solving; Attention-to-Detail; Proactive; Ownership and accountability; Data-driven; Team player; Working in a deadline-oriented environment.
