Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Project Manager on behalf of a wellâknown manufacturing company.
The Supply Chain Project Manager (SCPM) is responsible for defining and executing supplier source change projects that respond to new product development, strategic initiatives and business continuity risks. The SCPM will work across global teams and report progress to management at various levels of the organization.
The successful candidate should have a proven track record of successful supply chain project delivery, including experience managing projects, strong problemâsolving skills, a deep understanding of the endâtoâend supply chain, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and coordinate project plans, budget requirements and timelines.
- Execute endâtoâend supply chain processes.
- Analyze impact and business performance of supply chain patterns.
- Develop costâbenefit analysis of proposed initiatives and lead crossâfunctional teams.
- Manage thirdâparty vendors to ensure project success.
- Review project performance and present status updates to partners.
- Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure projects are delivered onâtime and within budget.
- Prepare project progress reports and escalation requests.
- Manage and communicate with various project partners.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field; recognized Project Management certification is required. Enrollment in a certification program, where minimum criteria are satisfied.
- Extensive experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects in a corporate environment.
- Proficient in project management software and endâtoâend supply chain processes.
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing methods and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, providing team performance insights to managers.
