Overview

As a Digital Transformation Associate, you will be at the forefront of the procurement digital transformation journey, supporting the migration to the S/4HANA platform. Your role will centre around executing and documenting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the new system meets business requirements and integrates seamlessly with procurement operations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute UAT activities for the S/4HANA procurement transformation, ensuring all test scenarios reflect real-world procurement workflows.
  • Develop detailed UAT documentation, including:
    • Test plans outlining scope, objectives, and timelines.
    • Test scripts for each procurement function (e.g., PO creation, supplier onboarding, invoice matching).
    • Expected vs. actual results for each test case.
    • Defect logs with severity, screenshots, and resolution tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate system functionality and user experience.
  • Identify and escalate system issues, inconsistencies, or gaps in functionality.
  • Support day-to-day procurement operations to ensure alignment with digital transformation goals.
  • Support Operations on timely issuance of RFQ, Purchase Orders (POs), update Purchase Info Record (PIR) if required by Operations.
  • Foster close cooperation with internal customers (MRPCs, requisitioners) to ensure proactive engagement and support.
  • Contribute to procurement business planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience Required:

  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP ECC systems, especially in Materials Management PR to PO process.
  • Strong understanding of UAT processes, including test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain comprehensive UAT documentation.
  • Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills for data analysis, documentation and reporting.
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement and digital transformation roles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
