Role overview: Randstad Sourceright, a top provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is seeking a Document Coordinator to work with a leading Asset & Technology Solutions services company. The core responsibility will be to manage and control all project document workflows. This involves ensuring the accurate registration and storage of all information and correspondence, as well as maintaining precise liaison with the site team, subcontractors, customers, and external suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain confidential records
- Execute on workflows/transmittal processes
- Manage the control of Internal and External registers, to ensure they both align
- Create templates and file all relevant documentation; SharePoint and other platforms
- Distribute information with correct configuration management and version control
- Provide administration support to the project team
Essential:
- Able to communicate effectively both verbal and written with all levels of the organisation
- Good interpersonal skills that enable working relationships to be developed at all levels across the business and be able to negotiate and influence
- Holds a current driving license
