In this role, you will transform our clients' HR functions by leading the implementation of our cutting-edge RPO, MSP, and SOW solutions. You will be the crucial link between our innovative services and the client's real-world talent challenges, ensuring a seamless transition and long-term success.

What you will do:

  • Lead complex, multi-country implementation projects that will directly shape our client's talent acquisition and workforce management strategies.
  • Serve as the primary partner for senior client stakeholders, particularly within HR, Talent Acquisition, and Procurement, building strong relationships and ensuring our solutions meet their unique people-related goals.
  • Proactively manage all project aspects, from timelines to budgets, with a key focus on risk mitigation and ensuring a smooth transition and positive change experience for the client's teams.
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated project team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on delivering an exceptional client and candidate experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement for our implementation tools and methodologies, contributing to our reputation for excellence in the delivery of talent solutions.

Who we are looking for:

  • An experienced professional with 2-5 years of project management experience, ideally gained within an HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR technology environment.
  • Direct experience with RPO, MSP, or SOW implementations is a major plus.
  • Someone with a strong command of project management principles, combined with a passion for solving people-centric challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • A highly adaptable and resilient individual who can manage competing priorities and guide stakeholders through the complexities of organisational change.
  • An outstanding communicator with a knack for translating technical project details into clear business and HR outcomes for senior stakeholders and virtual teams.
  • A professional with a deep understanding of the HR technology landscape, especially Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet) is required.
  • A strategic thinker who understands how talent processes impact the wider business.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
