Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for an Team Lead – Shift on behalf of a global CDMO organization.
Role purpose:
This role is responsible for leading the production team (shift). This includes the support and assignment of all shift personnel, conducting staff appraisals, training and further education of individuals and groups as well as time management. In addition, he/she bears the cost responsibility of the personnel cost center. The Team Lead Shift is a member of the Manufacturing Lead Team.
Key accountabilities:
- Leading Management and Development of Production Personnel
- Conduct in-company training, support apprenticeships, and promote young talent
- Develop and maintain personnel plans (shift schedules, weekly rosters, vacation planning)
- Hold cost center responsibility for personnel expenses
- Is a member of the Manufacturing Leadership Team
Key requirements:
- Bachelor degree or completed training as a chemical or pharmaceutical technologist
- GMP experience
- Strong team and interpersonal skills
- Experience in team leadership
