In this role you will be working on one of our largest client account teams, recruiting complex technical and operational roles globally for a leading global Tech company. We are seeking a consultative and highly strategic Global Equity and Inclusion Strategist to drive holistic Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion talent solutions. In this global role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our client and delivery teams, designing comprehensive strategic roadmaps that scale globally while adapting to localized compliance and cultural intricacies. You will not only build the overarching strategy but also empower and train our delivery teams on execution. If you are passionate about leveraging data, building inclusive talent ecosystems, and consulting at the highest levels of a global organization, we want you on our team. This is a remote role located in the UK. This role may work hours supporting NAM, EMEA and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data, Insights & Partnerships
  • Drive Holistic Strategy: Leverage global workforce analytics and regional market intelligence to inform approach, design scalable, holistic roadmaps and strategic frameworks.
  • Navigate Global Complexity: Seamlessly adapt global strategies to meet regional cultural nuances and localized compliance requirements across multiple countries.
  • Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Broker and nurture external engagements, driving targeted global outreach and high-impact relationship management.
  • Talent and Delivery Enablement
  • Support Execution: Actively train, upskill, and support talent delivery teams to successfully execute inclusive sourcing and pipeline strategies.
  • Architect Pipelines: Partner with delivery to build culturally relevant, sustainable specialized talent networks tailored to local markets.
  • Drive Inclusive Branding: Collaborate with Talent Marketing to craft authentic, inclusive employer brand messaging that resonates locally and globally.
  • Expert Strategic Guidance
  • Advise on Holistic Retention: Consult on internal engagement and retention programs, ensuring strategies support the evolving needs of a global workforce.
  • Consult & Advise: Serve as a trusted advisor, consulting directly with clients and senior stakeholders to align diversity initiatives with business outcomes.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing strategies to attract and engage underrepresented talent.
  • Minimum 3 years designing or implementing recruiting strategies across multiple global regions (North America, EMEA, APAC, LATAM), with a strong understanding of regional compliance and cultural nuances.

Preferred Requirements

  • Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to influence, guide, and challenge senior stakeholders and business leaders.
  • A track record of training, mentoring, or upskilling operational/delivery teams to execute on strategic initiatives.
  • Proficiency understanding talent analytics, labor market data, and benchmarking to drive outcomes.
