About the Role: We are seeking an MSP Program Director to serve as a central management representative and strategic partner for our clients. This is a hybrid role based in London, and will require ad‑hoc visits to various client sites to ensure a proactive and excellent service delivery.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the EMEA region in the most efficient and profitable way, leading a high‑performing team to exceed expectations while maintaining strong, face‑to‑face relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Develop and deliver operational plans, ensuring optimum staffing levels and guiding managers through effective succession planning.
  • Client & Customer Management: Manage key relationships with client sponsors, identify new service offerings, and act as the primary point of escalation.
  • Budgeting & Financial Oversight: Manage the development of budget plans, including monthly P&Ls, and monitor costs to deliver against commercial objectives.
  • Leadership & Strategy: Create and implement operational strategies that align with company values, while fostering a cohesive and highly motivated team environment.
  • Performance Management: Establish metrics and KPIs to ensure service levels are exceeded, providing coaching and feedback to prioritize resources effectively.
What You Need to Bring:
  • Expertise: Previous experience in MSP recruitment leading MSP teams, 5 -10 years preferred.
  • Financial Acumen: Proven experience in managing business plans, commercial budgets, and P&L.
  • Leadership: Strong team management experience and the ability to build high‑performance teams through a clear sense of purpose.
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to cut through complexity and understand market trends to inform planning and decision‑making.
  • Builder & Problem‑Solver Mindset: A hands‑on, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves approach with the creativity and resilience to navigate ambiguity, solve complex challenges, and design practical solutions.
