Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is currently recruiting for a Sourcing Analyst to join a leading UK bank. The role can be based out of Manchester, Northampton, Knutsford or Glasgow.
We are seeking a commercially-minded Sourcing Analyst to join our procurement team. This role is a perfect blend of project coordination, contract administration, and financial tracking, ideal for a candidate with 2+ years of experience looking to deepen their expertise in the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle.
The successful candidate will act as a pivotal link between vendors and project leads, ensuring that data is validated, contracts are executed, and financial obligations are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract & Negotiation Support: Handle day-to-day administrative amendments and review contract documentation for accuracy.
- Financial Operations: Manage the financial side of sourcing by raising Purchase Orders (POs) and tracking vendor charges.
- Project Coordination: Maintain project trackers, validate outreach data, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all DocuSign requirements are finalised.
- Pipeline Management: Set up and organize meetings, manage outreach to potential vendors, and ensure all paperwork is audit-ready.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in a sourcing, procurement, or heavy administrative/financial role.
