Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is currently recruiting for a Package Repair Coordinator to join a world leader offering products, solutions and services across the entire energy value chain on behalf of a well-established manufacturing organisation to play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations. You will shape a competitive, sustainable supply chain, partnering globally to drive productivity, quality, and digitalisation.

As the Senior Programme Manager, you will take total ownership of a critical, stalled environmental initiative to bring turbine protective coatings into full REACH compliance, managing four distinct project branches and senior executive stakeholders while ensuring manufacturing operations and customer deliveries are never disrupted.

Some of the duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Take full ownership of the overall REACH Compliance Programme to establish clear governance, meeting cadences, control systems, milestones, and decision-making pathways.
  • Lead and coordinate the four primary branches of the programme (materials compliance, business continuity, regulations, and transformation), making sure all dependencies, risks, actions, and resources are visibly managed.
  • Step into a complex initiative that has lost its momentum and actively revive it by injecting clarity, pace, accountability, and confidence across all internal and external teams.
  • Ensure that all product modification and compliance plans are rolled out in a highly controlled manner that fully protects ongoing customer commitments and operational continuity.
  • Constructively push back against delays, resistance, and competing internal priorities while successfully maintaining the confidence and alignment of senior stakeholders.
  • Lead effective and professional communications with external regulatory bodies and stakeholders, ensuring all programme responses are robust and timely.
  • Provide concise and transparent progress updates, risk assessments, escalations, and recovery action recommendations directly to the Managing Director and senior leadership.
  • Develop strong, credible relationships across diverse technical, compliance, operational, commercial, and executive teams to secure long-term commitment to the programme's goals.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven track record in senior programme management, ideally gained within a complex engineering, manufacturing, energy, aerospace, or alternative highly regulated sector.
  • Demonstrable success managing large-scale portfolios or multi-workstream programmes defined by high degrees of compliance, technical, operational, and stakeholder complexity.
  • A robust understanding of how to lead regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Practical experience delivering material, product, process, or compliance-related changes without disrupting ongoing operations or customer commitments.
  • The ability to navigate senior leadership landscapes confidently, including communicating directly with Managing Directors to provide concise insights, robust challenges, and clear recommendations.
  • A clear history of leading through ambiguity, successfully recovering stalled or challenged programmes, and establishing structure where priorities or governance are unclear.
  • Strong relationship management capabilities, specifically the ability to influence and align senior technical experts, operational leaders, regulatory bodies, and demanding internal clients.
  • A leadership profile built on resilience and strong judgment, meaning you are comfortable managing strong personalities, overcoming resistance, and holding stakeholders accountable under pressure.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Direct REACH Experience: Having specific, hands-on experience working with REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) regulatory frameworks and compliance programmes.
